Since 1949 N.H. Yates & Co., Inc. has been providing the highest quality products and services to the HVAC and plumbing industry.  Yates & Co. is primarily a manufacturer’s representative firm operating regionally in Maryland, Virginia, Washington, D.C. and parts of Pennsylvania, Delaware, West Virginia, New Jersey, and North Carolina.  Our headquarters is in Cockeysville, Maryland.  We maintain satellite offices throughout our territory and fully staffed offices in Richmond, Virginia and Pottstown, Pennsylvania.  We operate warehouses in both the Cockeysville and Pottstown locations.

The Yates emphasis is on water; primarily heating it, moving it and storing it.  We represent a variety of manufacturers of boilers and boiler accessories, plumbing specialties, water heaters and accessories, tanks and accessories, commercial and industrial valves, HVAC and steam specialties, strainers and filtration, and pumps and pumping systems including our own Hydronic Modules Corporation.  Yates & Co. is proud to represent many of the largest and most well respected lines in the HVAC and plumbing industry.
